Be organised. Set up an email alert on Daft so you can respond to ads as soon as they go up. Always call if given a phone number. At viewings, have all your required documents printed and pop them in a folder with a short cover letter to introduce yourself. Dress smart (not OTT but look respectable!). Be polite and personable, don't be too demanding /pushy. After that it's just luck I'm afraid!
