cardsharing server issue with sky channels

    for the last year, i have purchased the following subscription: sky UK + extra packs , frequency 28E,

    for the last few weeks, none of my sky or sports channels are working. When i check my subscription, it has changed to the following:
    VIP all ultra

    have rubbish channels like all local netwoks (bbc), dave, discovery & other non-sky channels.

    Anyone have similiar issues or resolution?

    based in ireland if makes a difference.
