    Hi,

I am wondering if anyone would know off hand if a commercial company with a relatively large site in an Industrial Estate in Dublin 15 would need planning permission to erect a pump house on their site for the storage of fire water pumps? The proposed pump house would be a permanent structure of approx dimensions of 9m x 3m x 3.5m (L x W x H).

    Thanks.

If it can be shoehorned into Class 21 (a) (ii), it may not need planning permission, only a professional on the ground or a Section 5 application will tell you for sure.
