I don't really do accessories. I wear a dress and shoes and that's me dressed but I feel that because the base colour of this dress is nude, I maybe should add more colour with accessories. What do you think would be suitable?

I have these shoes, which I'd prefer to wear rather than spend money on more shoes for one dress.

I think because these shoes are close in colour to the dress I'll be able to wear a different colour but I've no idea what to wear Bracelets? Hair accessories? Maybe blue nail varnish or something (which is very much not something I would normally wear!).

What even kind of bag would go material wise?

I obviously don't want to take away from the dress itself as it's stunning.

    Thank you :)

I don't think you need a huge amount as you don't want to take away from the dress at all. Maybe some coloured bracelets and coloured stud earrings with a nude coloured bag? I think coral or turquoise would both be lovely with it, may I ask where you got it from?

    Turquoise!!

I was having a total blank at the name of that colour :pac:

    Thank you.

    It's a needle and thread dress :)

Would a bracelet like this go maybe?

    Beautiful dress.
It has enough detail so don't think you need accessories at all.

The whole effect is kind of misty and sylphlike. The dress is fabulous.

Blue earrings and a bangle is about all it needs. A gold, silver or blue clutch, for a pretty little bag to hold.

But in my experience, you need a decent size bag at weddings, just saying: it's a long day!

I was only thinking about accessories because of the base colour of the dress, am I overthinking it?

Bag wise, I'll be staying there so can get away with having a smaller bag definitely :)

And the wedding is actually in the venue itself so no coat or the likes needed.

I'll be wearing my hair up, so maybe some very small turquoise flowers in my hair and a bracelet will be enough then?

I think adding in more colours with accessories would be a mistake.
It's a beautiful dress and I'd let it do the talking.

The only thing I would wear with it is some gold earrings. Dangly but not too big.

It's a super pretty dress and that bracelet you've linked to would be lovely with it but that's almost enough then. You want to let the dress speak for itself it's so lovely! And the shoes you have would be perfect in my opinion, you don't want to go bringing more colour in there.

That dress is beautiful and so are the shoes. Monsoon is great for clutch bags and jewelry that would go well with the dress.

Yeah, I agree - accessories will be a fine line with this dress as it already has so much detail. Too much could end up taking away from the effect. I'd go with stud earings, bracelet (something delicate) and a clutch, perhaps picking up one of the colours from the dress or gold would also work equally well.

    I love Needle & Thread :)

Is anyone else viewing this on a phone? I am and can only see picture of the shoes! The other just says (invalid img)

I got them when I was away but they're from Charles & Keith. They might deliver?

The dress is fab! I agree it doesn't need much in the way of accessories. Make sure whatever bracelet you get isn't going to snag the dress!

I think minimise the jewellery and wear a coral pair of shoes and maybe a nude clutch. Beautiful dress!

Absolutely beautiful dress. I have a wedding in July. Just wondering whether it's too girlie for me - I'm 41.
