Not sure where best place to post this. But I'm wondering, is there any onus on an Employer to provide those Swing-Lid Bins or something lidded or with a covered-Top for used S.T.'s?! :). Or is just a Waste-paper /Wicker / Weaved general-use Basket un-covered and with no lid sufficient?!

There is an obligation to provide a safe environment.

If there are a substantial number of female employees, then a covered bin would be prudent. For one employee, no sure.
