Nothing direct but a variety of buses from Clare Hall SC to city centre and same from there to Phibsboro which is only about 20 minutes from town..less to Dorset Street depending on which part

The 15 and 27 stop on Amiens St, 15 min walk up the N Circular Rd to Dorset St.
