I accidentally milked a fresh calver and forgot to dump her milk this morning. Its never happened here before. What do I do? 10,000 litre bulk tank. 10 litres of colostrum. Will it be ok diluted?

Depends on when she was dried off and what dry cow tubes you are using, if your using short-withold tubes like cephaguard that's only 24hr withdrawl you'll probably be fine have often seen a first milking past the charm test , if the likes of cepravin was used it will more then likely fail the tank

Get a Snap Test of someone and test the tank.

What tubes did she get and when did she get them? If she's calved a long time there might not be much to worry about, any antibiotics could be well out of the system by now.

Carry a sample to the lab if you're near it or give your creamery a call to test the sample or the collection tanker drivers usually have a few tests on hand for situations like this.

One driver here refused to test tank as said he doesn't want to say 'tis grand and the lab say no, the other regular fella would test it fine. OP safer to get it tested give milk manager a shout
