Have two Quads from Holland and driving around here with them for almost 6 months now
We have to got Irish license plates soon and of course Irish insurance for them
At the moment they are insured by a Dutch insurer
Searching the internet loads of English insurers shows up who doing legal road Quads but cant find any irish ones but see sometimes irish Quads running around with irish plates so think someone insures them
Someone knows who are doing them??

I'd guess FBD would have most chance of insuring. I'm guessing you would need them registered and this depending on the model if it's never been registered here before might require some official certification either from the manufacturer or seperately where you get an engineer to confirm spec.
