Sky Q 1TB Freezing Constantly

    So, had Sky HD+ for 6 years. No issues whatsoever. Decided to take a special offer and move to Sky Q. Only got installed yesterday and the box seems to be a crock of s**t.

    Issues:

    1. Box gets stuck on standby
    2. Box gets stuck on a channel and will not respond to any input
    3. Message saying check my network, yet I am online and can access box sets and download stuff.

    I have to hard reboot the box 10-20 times a day. From reading online, it seems I am not alone and these are known issues.

    I have done:

    1. Updated the firmware
    2. Changed from Eco to Active

    Makes no difference. At the moment I am fit to smash the box. Sky don't have an engineer available until Wednesday.

    Any advise?
