Replacing windows...

    Hi All!
I would replace my double glazed windows with new Triple Glazed. At the moment in my Estate there are several house types. All windows are white, and all same house type have the same window style. Houses have different colors and door styles door....Could I replace all my windows (front and rear side) with Brown colored ones  and a different Georgian Bars Style? The house is a semi detached one in a cul de sac of and Estate of 160 houses. I suppose (but probably I am wrong) that if the door are different why windows shouldn't be?
Thanks in advance for your answers
    best regards

    Michele

Assuming this is a recent house, why would you put fake Georgian Wire in?

Assuming that Georgian Bars already exist in this Estate and that I like it, the question is another...could I replace it without a planning Permission. Please stay on topic.
Thanks in advance for your kind answers
