Can anyone recommend if this is a good option, i currently have vodafone, i am contracted for 3 and currently running 1.6.
I do know the Vodafone tower is about 2km straight line.
The 3 tower is about 5km straight line.

    Many thanks.

better to test the speeds using your phone before splashing out on equipment. could be trees or anything in the way that is going to reduce your speed.

im 1km from 3 mast and get highs of over 55Mb dl. about 40Mb on average on just a e5186 router without an ecternal aerial.

you could get an ecternal aerial if you want to improve your 3 speeds
