    Tell me... does anyone meet up for star parties during summer months?

    I've got myself a 10" Newtonian and I'd like to test out in a low light poluted site. Where I live is just awful for light.

    So I'd be glad of a meet up if any are planned.

    Summer is generally the least active time for star parties, as the skies just don't get fully dark in June/July at these latitudes. The next activities will be in late August I'd say.
