Problem with track machine hydraulics. Engine don't lose power but hydralics go slow while working but then speed up again and it could take 2 min or 20 min. Tracking along in high gear she could slow down and then take off again. What could be wrong?

Is the oil level correct, is it the right grade. Does it do it at anytime, as in when its cold or hot... is it just the tracks its happening with or is it boom and dipper movements. Hammer piped?
