Insulation shortage

Hi, I was on my builders providers today and there seems to be a shortage of insulation Apparently there was a fire in a plant in Germany that produces the insulation. Is anyone else getting this story?

The fire was in Poland before last Christmas I believe. They have recovered since then, but right now there is a shortage of PIR insulation due to a shortage in one of the chemicals that is used to build up the PIR board.

It probably has risen them already but most places haven't much left in stock When I was in the providers the manager said all they're getting is about 10% of what they usually get
