IP banned

I often look at boards on my work PC. Today I got a message saying my IP had been banned by boards.ie (Error 1006). Is this something to do with boards or my employer? We are allowed limited use of social media/internet for personal use at work.

I was able to access it this morning fine. Something went wrong between 12 and 1.
