Can i run 2 Saorview boxes off 1 cable?

Hi
This is probably a stupid question but I'll go ahead anyhow.😰
At the moment I have a saorview box in my kitchen which is connected to an aerial on the roof via a cable obviously enough.
I am just wondering is there any way of running a second saorview box off the existing cable via a splitter or something? or would I need to a second cable coming from the aerial on the roof?

Yes once signal is good to start with should be no issue using a signal splitter.

Would a normal splitter do or would it be beneficial to use a booster of some sort..thanks again!!

You should get away without a booster, I'd chance a splitter first and if there's issues then look at a booster.

I'd get a splitter like this, Woodies, B&Q should have them, good quality...

Many Saorview boxes have an rf out, you could run the cable on to the next box if it is close.

In the case of the Walker PVR there is a powered and low-power standby option.
