can a BOI cheque be cashed if it has two lines on it

    Hi just wondering if a cheque was issue that has two lines on it but not account payee only stated on the cheque can it be brought to the bank where it was issued from and cashed even if person does not have an account

    When a cheque is crossed it will need to be lodged to an account as it is not possible to cash it in the branch.
