    Hi all,
Need some advice. So I have to submit my second Annual Reports. With the first one it was easy no financial statements needed etc. but now it's more complex.
Quick overview of the company: I am the only one Director, there is as well Office Secretary and no other employees. For the past year I haven't traded - health problems etc. but anyways - no profits no losses. What financial documents I need to submit? Do they need to be sign by auditor, Company Secretary or just myself? I will go for the cheapest option for obvious reason.
    Thanks,

You could file a B73 with the return and extend the ARD by 6 months. You could then get dormant accounts done for the company or strike it off before its ARD.

Director must sign. If you are late you need audited financial statements.

    https://www.cro.ie/Annual-Return/Financial-Statements-Requirements/Small-Company

You need a directors report extract showing the shares of the company held by the directors,
A balance sheet and associated notes.

There's a sample text for a paragraph in the link above that can be used to claim audit exemption on the basis of being a small company and also claim the right to file abridged finanicial statements.

    Thank you Ciaran!
OK, so I am in the process of filling it up now. The most confusing part at the moment is associated notes to the balance sheet. What is that exactly? Are there any samples I could look at?

For those who as I are in struggle here are some tips:
    Your a must have leaflet: https://www.cro.ie/Portals/0/Leaflets/Leaflet 23 v2.7a 2014 Act.pdf
What you need to include in your financial statements is on page 9 (a+e), page 23 Extract, page 24 Balance Sheet + what is on the beginning of page 26.
