    If making a counter offer and do so without prejudice, can I stipulate that nothing in that communication can be brought up in a subsequent proceeding?


    (I've already engaged a sol. - but we agreed that I would make one final attempt of my own to close the deal - before she takes over the reigns. Yes, I could bother her but I'd rather solve this myself - before handover (assuming that becomes necessary).
