    Hi DT,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

It can take 2-3 hours for supply to return to all affected areas after a supply disruption. It may also be the case whereby your water supply is discoloured once it returns. If this is the case, we would recommend that you run your tap for a period of 10-15 minutes to clear any residue.

If your water supply hasn't returned after 6pm this evening, we would suggest that you let us know so that we can follow up on your behalf. Any updates to this disruption will be tweeted using #IWKildare and published on wtr.ie/Kildare

I hope this helps. If you have any further queries, please feel free to ask.

    Kind regards,
    Amy
