Trying to Login for the 1st time.

    Hi.

    As above.. I'm getting an error msg, saying invalid 8 digit pin.

    I tried from App then Web browser and I wasn't getting anywhere, so I wasn't sure if the problem was with the pin, last 4 digits of my mobile number or the 8 digit pin.


    I then tried calling the 01 404 400, thats when I received the error msg indicating that my 8 digit pin was invalid.

    I only set up the account at 5pm today, so maybe it might take a while?

    Hi Charlie,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.

    Once you have activated your online banking, you can log in instantly. 

    When logging in the first security question will be your User ID and this will have been called out to you over the phone by one of our colleagues. 

    The second security question is either DOB/phone number and finally third question is 3 random digits of the 6 digit PIN. The PIN will have been sent in post or you may have created the PIN over the phone on the set up call. 

    If you are still experiencing difficulties logging in please call and a colleague will be happy to help you log in successfully.
