Minor Car Accident, What Should I do Now?

A woman, who was driving in the middle of the road, hit my drivers mirror. She refused to exchange details, saying it was all fifty fifty damage. I took photos of the damage and her plate before she drove off and went to the Garda. A day or two later, they rang back with her insurance information. What should I do now?

    Contact her insurance company

Go through her insurance, refuse to have any dealings with her at all if she volunteers to pay.

If she starts to mess you around, tell her that you will have her prosecuted for 'hit and run' (S.106 RTA). You are required to exchange details after an accident, doing so does not constitute an admission of liability so there's no excuse not to do it.
