Charcoal BBQ

I'm considering building a brick charcoal BBQ in my back garden.

I had a look at guides online and some previous threads here.
Don't skimp on the foundation and assemble dry first were the main takeaways.
I haven't worked with bricks before.

I intend to put in a concrete and rebar foundation. I'm not sure if that's overkill.

I assume that normal red bricks would be able to withstand the heat from using the BBQ?

Can anyone recommend a good place in north dublin for sourcing fire-resistant mortar, bricks and the grill and charcoal tray?
