Create a new account with a new email address and you are good to go.

Obviously you will lose your playlists, etc. but still a decent deal.

It must be linked to the payment card because even when I try a new Profile/email, when I enter card info I get the following:
Looks like you've already taken a similar offer
It looks like you've already taken a free trial or discount offer. Our regular Spotify Premium plan is just a click a way. Click continue to read more.

A quick query. I signed up for 3 month for €0.99 a couple of weeks ago and downloaded a play list of songs to listen offline. All worked fine for a week or so but over last few days I have to log in every time I access app and lately when I log in I get the message your username or password is incorrect. No matter how many time I reenter details I get same message. Then if I leave it be for a while I can log in no problem.

However over last day or so the play list consyantly stops playing and when I try to restart it I find I have been logged out and can't log back in.

Sorry for long winded nature of message but I was wondering if others were exper u ending same issues and if there is a solution to be had

Thanks. If I reinstall will I have any issues accessing downloaded songs with new app? I think you will realise I'm fairly clueless about this stuff!

I'll try reinstalling app. I failed to log in yesterday yet this morning it was no problem for about an hour and then it stopped playing and I was logged out. Despite repeated attempts I could log in again

I was planning to uninstall and reinstall until I was told that I would lose all downloaded music. Given my really slow WiFi - it took me nearly 5 hours to download 90 songs - I am giving it a couple of days to see ifthe problem resolves itself. Unfortunately it doesn't look like it as some days I can log back in straightaway after being logged out while other days it won't let me log in at all. Looks like I'm going to gave to take the plunge.

Does the app need an update through your Play/App store?

I've tried that and it's made no difference. At this stage I'll lose nothing to lose by un installing as I haven't been able to log in all day.

I have to say Spotify is the most annoying service I have ever had the misfortune of getting sucked into. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app I am still getting this don't recognise your log in or password. Luckily this only cost €0.99.
On reinstalling it worked fine for a couple of days just clicked on app and straight in. Here I am though on a late Friday night bus and asked to log in again followed by the inevitable don't recognise your details. Seriously don't need this rubbish. There must be a better alternatives. Suggestions please. Thanks

Works fine for the vast majority of users. Would you mot could ntsct customer service to get it sorted?

All the services are much of a muchness with the user interface being the iponky main diffference and why some people choose one service over another.

Sorry a bit over the top but being on the last bus of a Friday meant a couple of drinks consumed and the inevitable hyper emotions😊.

I changed my password and worked OK again but still am continously required to log in. Getting a bit bored with it all at present. Think I'll revert to my trusty mp3 player as I find vinyl a bit too cumbersome for the bus!

Deezer is available for .99c for 3 months too, but is available to users who already paid for it and cancelled their sub (worked for me anyway).

Previous users just put a dot into your email address and you can get it again.

    Example
    Previous email joesoap@gmail.com
    New one Joe.Soap@gmail.com

You still get the email as usual into your inbox
