Hi, hoping someone can shed some light. Saw this today when I was picking my son up from school. Anyone any idea what/ who may have caused it and how much it will cost to fix. Thank you.

Probably the bumper of a car either front or back went pretty much straight in to it, no signs of any scraping so unlikely it hit it at an angle.
