Cheap 1080p Gaming Monitor

Hi there.
So I just recently built my first gaming PC but for the time being I am stuck using my TV for gaming.
The refresh rate on my TV is 4k @30Hz, this isnt too bad. I can do 1080p at 60Hz for gaming, but the thing about my TV is that it doesn't do lower resolutions very well. Oh and the input lag is horrific.
I'm looking for any suggestions as to what monitor i should buy. I've got a budget between €150-€200. I would preferably like to have a monitor that is at least 60Hz, and bigger than 21".
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you want a cheap monitor then go to amazon warehouse. They can be open boxed items or boxes that got damaged or returns. I know people who have received some in the past and they are very happy. If you see one you like look up the price they are new and if there is very little savings then just buy a new one.

It's decent for what you pay for it, nothing amazing but does the job for the price. Paid roughly €150 with delivery for it too.

Great honestly delivered on the day promised with a text an hour before the courier arrived also being able to track where the shipment was going is a big plus.The price for shipping the monitor along with a keyboard and mouse combo came to 12.29.

I'm selling my one, just haven't bothered putting it up yet, it's a Samsung 27" pls panel with freesync .
