Am just wondering on this. Does this rule from RSA before you can do a test mean...

    a) You need to have 12 lessons.

    or

    b) You need to attain the level of the 12 instructions

As its a little vague. Ive noted a friend had 12 lessons but only 4 were recorded by instructor in log book.

The 12 should be logged on line ,
I believe (A) is the correct answer

All 12 lessons have to be recorded and submitted to the RSA online. Your friend can check here to see if theirs were uploaded:

If not, if they paid for and took 12 hours of EDT lessons and their instructor failed to sign off on all of them in the logbook or upload them, then your friend needs to get on the instructor's case about it, and report them to the RSA if need be.
