SQI cert in Dublin?

    Hi,

I took the rear six seats out of my 8 seater Toyota Previa to put in a mattress to do a long road trip.

I dumped the seats as I had nowhere to store them.

Now they have failed the car at the NCT as it is an eight seater with only two seats.

Say I need to reregister as a two seater and submit an SQI cert.

    Any advice?

Yeah, from the manual I see this
Testers may refuse to issue a test certificate in the following
    circumstances:
? Where the person who presents the vehicle to be tested
fails to produce the required identification.
The owner and the Driver and Vehicle Computer Services Division
must be notified where there are any discrepancies between the
vehicle documentation or N.C.T.S. vehicle file
    and the vehicle in
the Make, Model, Body type, EU Vehicle Category, VRT Vehicle
Category, Motor Taxation Class or number of seats

Can you find/buy/borrow seats to get you through the test?
    Local breakers etc

Seats were a nightmare to get out so refitting would probably be worse!

Anyway, don't want to do that every year!!
