Generic android watch for running

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a gps watch which I can use to track my progress on 5k\10k runs. I'm looking at getting a cheaper general Android watch that has GPS functionality built in. I'm only really looking for a watch which at a glance will tell me my time and what distance I've gone, something like this...

I know there's the dedicated Garmin\TomTom watches but the price would put me off, and it'd be nice to have extra everyday functionality in an Android watch.
I'm not a serious runner and doubt I ever will be, my main motivation is that if I'm starting a run from somewhere other than my home (where I know my set 5k\10k distances), I can keep track of my distance & time. Do any of you use a watch like this?

I don't see any reference to Battery life. My wife has a an Apple Watch and it only lasts a day which is a challenge for everyday use. My garmin 235 on the other hand, which I also use for everyday use, lasts up to a week with 3-4 runs included.

Just something to check
