Just looking for some advice please...

A house we are looking at purchasing in Kerry is completed to 1st fix level. It's on 1.25 acres. The house is 1700 sq ft and partially completed garage.

There is a deep bore well and a septic tank installed and the property is roofed, although it's pretty much a shell inside of it.

I know it's a case of "how much is a piece of string" scenario but trying to figure out how much it would cost to get a house to this stage. Just trying to see if the asking price is way over valued.
