What to use to bond something to an outside wall?

Hello. My children have received these fairy doors that all the kids are getting these days as presents, and I'm about to put them on our back yard walls for them this afternoon.

I don't want to drill into the walls, and screw them into place, so am wondering if anyone has any recommendations as to what to use as an adhesive for them?

The doors themselves seem to be made of a ceramic type material (like a tile) . The walls they are being attached to are concrete block walls, that have been plastered with a rough finish (as pictured)

    TIA

You could use something like "No More Nails", they have a version for external use. B&Q do an own brand cheaper version which works fine. Gorilla Glue would probably work well also but I've never used it. Any of the above would be tricky enough to remove, you'd likely be using a hammer and chisel and you could end up taking some of the rendering off with it.

Hello phildin, thanks for your reply, would something like silicone work, as I could then "peel" it away when the kids undoubtedly grow out of them?

I would like to leave as little trace of them ever being there as possible.

    Thanks

Silicone is probably better than my suggestion alright, it would certainly be less permanent and it if started to weather, you could just redo it.

Any adhesive to glue something to those walls will be far more unsightly than a few screw holes which you can easily remove and fill so they are invisible.

You would need some pretty heavy elbow grease to scrub Tec7 or silicone from a concrete wall, after the fairy doors go out of fashion.
