I am thinking of getting a 2007/2008 Audi TT. Thinking of buying up the North. Just wondering if there is any website that would give me the different models and specs that were offered in the North and South for the 2007/2008 models so that I can compare?

For the North ,Parkers is always useful to see the basic features and the different trim levels.
As for the Irish ones you'd probably need to see what the trim levels for the European version was or try to find an old brochure for the year you want.
It can be a chore sometimes but there's always someone out there who collects scans of them or their PDFs.

Would I be right in assuming though that as a general rule the Northern TT will have a higher spec as standard (obviously depending on the various models on offer at the time)?

Not necessarily but there is a higher chance of a UK spec car having more options fitted than an Irish car.
