led strip lighting issue

Hi all, hopefully someone out there can help as my electrician and I have just about tried everything - we fitted three lengths of rgb-w led strip lighting in a ceiling recess and when powered up the last length is a shade different than the other two, most notably in white where it has a blue/green tint to it...

So we spent most of today trying different scenarios including setting up the same connections on the floor with new strips but get the same result, when we connected 4 together the third one was off but the last strip was ok. We increased the power unit to 200w, fitted an amplifier before the third strip but get the same result...Any ideas anyone? !!!
    Thanks
    pk

Break on the red trace local to the strip. You need to splice it/check connection/power from other end (if by white you mean R+G+B+W)

Traces linked if you mean blue/green with solo W. W+B or W + G joined local to strip.

Thanks, but this is happening on the strips as installed, and on two setups on the floor, each time the third strip is off white. So it can't be a bad connection, it looks like something more fundamental is wrong here...?

Check for commoned / missing strings.

Ah ok thanks for clarification, but we checked all connections and tried this out with for different led strips as the third in series but each one was the same... Unlikely that the strings are affected on all?
