Dont know what to do

Ok, so my situation is that I'm living in Roscommon working part time in two jobs and looking to move to Limerick with my partner (whose a student and not currently working) for full time work and get the hell out of the countryside.

Looking for work in my field (HCA) is proving problematic.

I had one interview three months ago, I was told verbally I had the job but never heard back from them.

The next interview I had was for a care centre. Again I have been offered a role.

BUT - its on a relief work basis, no contract no set hours and can be let go at any time. They have told me I can apply for full time work again in three months when/if full time position comes up.

They also havent told me the rate of pay. Ive asked and i have been informed that it will be based off HSE rates (who i dont work for, i work for a company attached to the HSE) and in line with my current rate.

This is the best offer I've had in the five months Ive been looking and I dont know if i should take the gamble. I could end with utterly inconsistent hours, too many hours or worse too few hours and not be able to pay rent, electric, food etc.

    Any advice would be appreciated
