Aldi Rathmines is currently being redeveloped (sill open). It relaunches on 25/5 and there's €5 off a €30 shop for each of the 4 weeks after that on a special leaflet currently in the store.

I was in there today.The shelves throughout the store were half empty.I'd imagine this is what a supermarket in East Germany was like back in the late 80's.

Was going to go in there today but the place is completely gutted (as was I :P ) when I got there. The entrance was railed off and the inside was just a shell, just in case I can save someone else an unsuccessful visit.

Sallynoggin is closed for similar until Thursday. Don't know if there will be vouchers there too.

It did in mine, I have used 3-4 with different till operators and none batted an eyelid, they just look at the shop and the use by date.

A local lidl was opening and had vouchers in the door, it was pretty clear it was only for use in that lidl, as there is another quite nearby.

The Tesco store(s) in the locality, if any, will take any spend and save vouchers tied to a specific Dunnes/SuperValu/Aldi/Lidl store.

Tesco stores aren't supposed to take vouchers tied to other stores not in their area but I can imagine some slipping through.

I considered myself lucky to get to use mine, but was all set for an argument!

The official page just says this

We accept spend & save coupons only from Dunnes Stores, SuperValu, Lidl and Aldi

I contacted Tesco customer service a good while ago when I had a spate of vouchers from my local SuperValu just to be sure they'd be accepted in my local Tesco stores and that was the line I got. I subsequently never had an issue using them in Tesco, nor with vouchers for a new Local Lidl recently either.
