Have had herd number here since 2014 but never made a claim, signed and submitted forms, copy of degree Certs, tax returns etc all sent in in OH name as thought it was all in her name, our advisor got a phone call on Friday evening…

Hi, just wondering is anyone else having much bother with department in regards above? Have had herd number here since 2014 but never made a claim, signed and submitted forms, copy of degree Certs, tax returns etc all sent in in OH name as thought it was all in her name, our advisor got a phone call on Friday evening saying my name is on it aswell (probably was put on the form as a keeper at the time, but all correspondence comes in her name?) and that we now need my p60, graduation certificate, solicitors letters and a joint bank account by Monday evening....

Now find it very unlikely that we will manage to get the above all sorted by the deadline, just wondering does anyone know is it possible and if so is it difficult to remove my name from the association with the herd number??
