The limitations of vbulletin mean that it's not feasible to implement https on the legacy site. The responsive site however is fully on https.

Hrmmm ok.

Well my first thought is that sounds dodgy security wise.. but I'd say it'd be better not to ask or hint at what the limitations could be publicly in case people get ideas.

Well if you can at all in the future, https has my vote (if that's worth anything )
