Does anyone know what 67 in final year in TCD translates to for a US GPA?

Just wondering this because a scholarship I was hoping to apply for doesn't really take people below a 3.70.. Am I goosed? Any help appreciated, Thanks :)

According to this site around 3.7 but you need to put in all of your grades, with weighting to get an accurate measure.
