ive reported a leak online but no one has been to make a repair?

    how long does a repair take to repair? it is in the road between RHODE and TYRELLSPASS, country road i only have a UK number and cannot call the leak number as it can only take calls from a local number

    Hi Siobhan,
    My colleague in Mullingar Steve Elliott is the point of contact, he has also reported this to the major leaks department, but still noone has attened to it.

    His number is [snipped], location of leak is on the country road between Rhode and Tyrrelspass, on the left hand side carriageway going from Rhode, sadly no other features to reference to.

    Thanks for these details.

    I can see from our systems that this leak was raised to us a few days ago and that this investigation is currently underway. However, the customer that originally contacted us about this leak can contact us via any of our channels requesting an update;
