Hi, I wonder if someone could share some experience or information about revenues new changes on off shore assets.

I have a holiday home in Northern Ireland, I don't rent it out and have no income from it, it's used for purely holidays during the summer etc.

Just wondering do I have to declare it to revenue that I have it or is it only if I have an income from it?

This is the link to the article but I'm still a bit confused and worried I didn't declare it now?

some people rent their holiday homes when not in use.

If you have no income from your holiday home, you've nothing to declare really
