    Hi there,

I've just uploaded a video to my YT channel and linked to it from a Facebook page I run. The issue is that when the video opens in a new browser tab it starts playing about 20 seconds in and not from the start.

Anyone know how I can get the video to play from the very start?

    Thank you.

Fixed it, just added #t=00m00s to the end of the link

Take a look at the address.. it might have something like "&t=30". This is a parameter to tell it the starting point. Remove this bit from the URL

You might have copied the link when the video was at 20 seconds.

Go back to the video, make sure the starter is at the very start and then copy and paste the link again.

    That should do the trick!

Do you have anything in the setting where it states "start at specified time"? Usually appears as "t=20s" in the url.
