    Hi,

    Has anyone ever ordered from this website before?

    Im looking to order the RC Gastro diet food for Cooper and came across this website but just not sure of it.
    I can order it off Zooplus but this site seems slightly cheaper but ive never come across it.

    Anyone know where i can get the Royal Canin veterinary diet at a good price?

    I've used Miscota a number of times - no problems at all, but delivery does take a while but great prices if you are not in a rush!!

    Good to know about delivery. I had seen mixed reviews online about it, so i just wasn't sure. I might order food the next time and give myself plenty of time and see.

    How long would delivery usually take Adel?

    My experience with them not best one: once I've good dry food in ripped bag (box was fine, so it wasn't delivery issue);
    Next time I needed to cancel my order in few hours, when order not been dispatched yet - but they've dispatched it anyway after my query to cancel, delivered it and I had to send it back to them; No issue with refund though.
    Delivery takes ages if compare with zooplus.
    Same staff is cheaper than on zooplus though.

    Can be up on 3 weeks sometimes - I don't pay for the quicker delivery as I had heard that it's not very quick either - so just order well in advance of when I need things and it works fine for me.

    Did you order with them in the end Andreac. I placed an order on the 23rd July. According to their website it should have been with me on 1st August. Thats the last date of the tracking update as well. They haven't responded to my email which is the most annoying part. Is this normal for them? I'm probably being impatient.
