Edit***thread title is meant to be my DSL stats!.... autocorrect :). ***

We have DSL in the house, just about. Currently on 1mb as shown below.

    Screenshot_20170511-224421.png

We used to get 3mb fine and then that became intermittent. After plenty of visits from eir, they did the best they could with the line it still wouldn't hold sync so product on line was changed to 1mb. Even that was problematic for a while but for the last few months it has been reliable so I think whatever issue was on the line may possibly be gone now?

Based on those stats should I try 3mb again or will it likely start dropping out again?

    Thanks for any help

4.km line, theoretically a 3.2Mb line so could manage a 3Mb link but in practice long lines can be picky at times.

Can I ask what exchange it is? 1/3 are legacy packages so we'd hope that you'd be NGB by now meaning you should be moved to the standard 0-8Mb package giving flexibility.

The company I work for is a Telco and they are the provider hence the legacy packages. Must chat to them again and see what's available. That extra mg of two would make a difference.
