Charged for call to Somali I never made!

This is a weird one. I had a missed international call on my mobile the other day, I looked up the country code and it was Somali. I don't know anyone there, I assumed it was a scam, so needless to say I didn't call back. But I just happened to be checking my mobile bill online tonight and I see a E3.23 charge for ..... a…

I'll ring Vodafone tomorrow to check it out, but I was wondering if this has happened anyone else?
