    Chauffe, Marcel, chauffe!

Leaf 30kWh is 170km EPA and 250km NEDC range. Can't blame Pat Kenny or his researchers really for using a rounded figure somewhere in the middle :)

    Any link to the show?

It was live when I had it on. Probably catch it on the pod cast. It's over now.

It wasn't as bad an interview compared to the usual completely uninformed drivel you hear.

Pat seems to have a reasonable understanding. A texter mentioned adding a generator to the car for range anxiety and Pat mentioned the i3 range extender which showed he has some knowledge. He also mentioned PHEV and said he's driven the outlander.

He did make it sound like a Cork Dublin return trip on the one day wasn't possible and the interviewee compounded it by saying you'd need to charge overnight, so not all accurate.

The Norwegian angle and how they did it and the €800b (yes, billion) that they have squirrelled away from selling oil was interesting!
