Building new pc! (Advise needed)

Hello, so basically I sold my pc and saved up for a bit and now planning to build this rig:

Which parts should I change etc. I'm looking to play at 1440p but want to go as low as possible in price. If there's nothing to change then it's fine since I have the money for it anyway.

Drop down to a GTX 1070, it runs 1440p admirably. Bump up to a Z270 and 7700K Mobo and CPU. No point in going a generation back at this stage. Buy from Europe/UK or you'll be hit with customs charges from America.

2. Ryzen 5-1600 is damn close to i7-6700k/7700k at 1440p (99%) while costing €100+ less. It should hit 4.0GHz overclocked, too.
