Have some ground that is very bumpy, ridges in a section 40meters x 80 meters, think myself ridges from famine times, old ground, going to level it as hassle putting out fertiliser/topping, habeva 2 furrow plough and spring harrow, going to do it August September, would this be best, looking for cheap option, this would only cost me the hayseed, also is it advisable to spray off first?

The spray is more important than the plow!
