Structural Survey recommendation required

    Hi all - need to get a Structural Survey done on a property purchased in Cork City (property is an estate house about 40 years old). Any recommendations would be really appreciated. Please PM me, thanks.

    we used <mod snip: as per forum charter, recommendations by pm only>

    gave a very detailed report and were easy to deal with.

    Any chance of this recommendation as well please? Looking at similar age houses in Cork City at present which will need surveys done
