Leap card history - how far back does it go?

    I need to get my leap card history for the past three years. I only seem to be able to access back to 2016. Can anyone help please?
    I have looked at FAQs etc but can't see anything there.
    Thanks in advance.

    I believe it goes back a specific number of transactions (not counting loaded ticket types), and has a cutoff time. 30 or so from memory for the number. I've a second card around here somewhere for some reason that was last used in 2014 and now shows no transactions at all.

    If you contact them they may be able to provide more detail.

    Send them an email and they can send you the lot.

    I emailed them, and this was the response;

    Our system only goes back to 13 months regarding with your transaction history.

    Tell them there is a legal requirement to keep financial records for (at least) 6 years (after the end of your financial relationship with them). See what they say. Then look for an FOI on your account to see all data held by them.

    Financial records are unlikely to cover exact minutiae of actual tag on/offs, just the amount

    Personal info is covered by FOI legislation (and I suspect Leap are not under FOI at all). Going all legal when you don't know what you're asking for never gets any response.
