Dumbphone - Clock time does not work

    Hi, just throwing this one out there in case anyone may have an idea.

    I've a Nokia 515 that has sat in a drawer unused for a year.

    Now the time and date stay stuck on whatever it is set at. It would appear that whatever controls the internal clock is not working.

    Anyone ever come across this on a non-smartphone and any idea if there is a fix?

    Put in a working SIM and it will sync with the networks NTP.

    I've done that but no joy.
    I've tried two working SIMs on it albeit both on the same network.

    I've tried factory reset, the usual switch if off/on again etc.
    If I choose the internet option and some of the apps it will prompt me to set the time and date first even though they are set.

    If that doesn't work, and you've already done the factory reset, nothing else you can do really.
